RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, WE CANNOT CANCEL IT. 

Please allow 2-7 additional business days for processing orders. Weekends and holidays do not count.  

RETURNS

We want you to be completely happy and satisfied with our products, if our products were received damaged by us or we shipped out the wrong style, please email us at support@iscreamlashes.com within 72 hours after receiving your purchase. 

Due to sanitary reasons, there will be no exchanges or refunds for any other reason. All sales are final. 

SHIPPING

Packages that are mailed through USPS will get a tracking number sent to the e-mail address or phone number that was provided during checkout.

Tracking can take up to 24-48 hours to update on the USPS website.

 If your tracking says delivered, please contact USPS for additional info. 

I SCREAM LASHES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

If you input an incorrect address during checkout and your package has already been sent out, you need to contact USPS to change your address. If your package ends up getting sent back to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges in order for us to resend your package.

Tracking updates on the USPS website can take up to 48 hours once shipped. Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the process and cannot answer questions about delays, returned, lost, or miss sent packages.
